Prior to Rainmaker, Joe was the Executive Vice President for the Civilian Division for DMI (Digital Management, Inc), where he led the growth, solutions and service delivery organization supporting DMI’s Federal Civilian client base. With a focus on providing leading-edge technology services and solutions to customers across the Federal Civilian Landscape, the Civilian organisation representing over 600 professionals and $100M annual revenue.
Joe also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pragmatics’ Civilian Agency Division and Financial and Regulatory Agency Division supporting the Department of Homeland Security, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation among others. Previously, Inqui served as President and CEO of Imaging Acceptance Corporation, a portfolio company of NJK Holdings. He provided executive leadership for the document management and data conversion technology product and services organization, which culminated in a successful acquisition by one of that market’s largest companies. He also provided restructure guidance and product roadmap development for another of NJK’s portfolio companies in the advanced search technology market.
Prior to this, Joe held senior roles at SRA International, Inc.; Integic Corporation; and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). His responsibilities included software product development, project delivery, customer support, and domestic and international sales and marketing; formulating a five-year information systems strategy for a Fortune 100 company; and development of the multi-year financial forecasting & budgeting system for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
Joe holds an MBA and BBA from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia and holds a Royal Yachting Association and UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency Commercial Yachtmaster license.
